We were sent this gift following a medical procedure for my husband. Delivered to our door & soup was still frozen. The packaging is charming & soup, rolls and cookies were delicious

.I order this for friends having surgery, pricey yes, but everyone has loved the soup, rolls, cookie, and I usually throw in a gift the blanket. It’s a warm hug from far away family

Looks good, but it is rather expensive for soup in my opinion. Also, it would be nice if they had low sugar options. I was looking 👀 into it for a lady w bad kidneys. (Diabetic friendly), although, you did a lovely review.😉

Terrible experience with them. Called them to order a box specifically for a friend who was having surgery on a Tuesday. I wanted it delivered, obviously, on the Monday before so it would be ready for them. We were told exactly how to order, had to pay additional shipping for this but were promised that the box would absolutely be delivered on Monday. It was not. We kept being told it was out for delivery on Monday. Nope. Then on Tuesday- when the friends were out at the hospital - we kept being told, again it was out for delivery. So much for being charged for overnight delivery. Wasn't delivered Tuesday - eventually they discovered the UPS guy had written down the wrong address. So who knew where our box was. They eventually reached the delivery truck and we were promised the box would be delivered by the end of UPS' delivery that day (Tues). Of course our friend, by then was recovering from surgery. Still, it was NOT delivered Tuesday. Finally Wednesday morning that box was delivered- the soup had melted with only u e crystals in it. We were so upset. All we were refunded was the shipping costs. Absolutely would never use this company again and wouldn't recommend them!

Not worth the money. The soup is full of preservatives and salt. Thought this was fresh made homemade soups. If I want to send someone can soup I would buy a couple cans at the grocery store. The cookies and rolls are average. No need to ship the soup on ice, all of the preservatives it will last for years.
All of this is nonsense. Save your money.

Have you ever tried it? To me it’s a way to send love when I am far away and they are recovering from illness or surgery.
@@sadiepiper You are so right! I received the delicious chicken soup, rolls, and chocolate chip cookies from my niece when I was about to have major surgery. This combo was perfect afterward when I just didn't have the stamina to cook. There is enough soup in each container for a couple of hardy meals. It is pricey, but gosh I had fun opening all of this. The presentation is great from the ladle to the microwave splash guards on the soup. Really put a smile on my face before I even took a bite.
