A-84's incident report:
"On 6/22/2024, I attempted to stop a 150cc moped on Highway 5 near West Longhills. The moped did not have a license plate.
The rider turned into the Circle K parking lot and fled south towards the service road. He then fled east in the grass north of the
I-30 North Service Road. I followed him for a short distance going eastbound in the westbound lane of traffic. The rider laid the
moped over in the entrance to HilArk Industries and fled on foot. I pursued the rider on foot around the east side of the building
and then north through the alley. The suspect then climbed a 10-foot, barbed wire fence and fell over the other side. I
attempted to deploy both taser cartridges to get him to stop, but neither were able to penetrate his clothing. He continued
fleeing north towards Hwy 5. Due to the barbed wiring on the fence, I chose not pursue on foot any further.
Benton and Bryant PD officers saturated the area and the suspect was not located.
The moped was confirmed stolen out of LRPD and was towed to 1st Recovery. The suspect was a tall, thin white male. No
identifying information was located."
No such thing as a 150 cc moped.

Instead of getting a ticket you lose your moped and more another good video from NST and the Arkansas State Police

LOL! Tpr Kennedy has many "good" stops to go on his resume to offset this one. No doubt most of us would decline scaling a fence with razor wire while wearing a vest and belt full of equipment

They don't need to be honest with remarks like that. It can be an effective way to gain compliance.
The genuine statement would be "If you don't stop, I'm gonna keep chasing you for a little bit and then call it off and radio out your last known location!"
