1986 Jeep J20 - Part I of II - Dad’s Since 1987 (89k Hard Miles)

This walkaround includes a warm start of Dad’s ‘86 Jeep J20. I will post a link, in the description and/or comments, to a cold start.
My Dad bought it from a construction company that had two identical J20s for sale in 1987. This one had less than 8,000 miles on it. Dad and I put 81,000 more rough, hard, workhorse miles on it over the 37 years since he purchased it.
Dad was an Amsoil dealer at the time of purchase (and still is, at 86 years old, today - but, now, he only buys for his and family needs). He has run Amsoil 100% synthetic oil, transmission fluid, chassis grease, fuel additive, etc. throughout; and always at appropriate service intervals for all 37 years of ownership.
This past winter (2023/24) Dad gave up snowplowing duties for the short unincorporated street he & Mom lived on & raised my sisters and me, since 1975. He handed off the keys and title to me.
I’d love to see it restored (either fully or just “cleaned up” a bit), but I’m not going to be able to take on that project.
I’d like to find a good home and steward who would take on the project …
