Hardin only sees the car wreck and police at first, and then he notices the WCU parking pass hanging on Tessa's rearview mirror - and then he sees the ambulance. The ambulance doors are open, and Tessa is sitting on the back bumper. The both of them have a conversation/fight, and then she goes to the hospital without him. I tried to sum that up best I could haha.
In the movie „After we collided“ tessa and hardin have a fight and she is looking for him the next day, but she has a car accident and hardin sees her car and he jumped out of the car and runs after the ambulance because tessa was in there
Isabella Moldovan I read the books but the ambulance wasn’t moving when he got out, they were talking and then the girl he spent the night with was talking to Tessa. But in this he sees it moving and still gets out to chase it🤣
