I have 32gb ddr5 6000mh ram. That stutter was caused by the gc collect as you can see at the bottomleft of the screen. Usually the game makes sure the gc collect happens when you're looking in the inventory of boxes for example, but when you don't do that for a while you can get unlucky like I did.
