It’s likely though that there will be intense scrutiny by the court, as to who becomes a juror, because in a case like this, you need absolutely impartial jurors, not 99.9% impartial, you need absolute. Because it would be obvious that the jury chose to ignore all the evidence laid out in front of them, and go where the evidence isn’t pointing. Would that be grounds for an appeal? Maybe, I’m not sure
