I just bought one!! On sale for $80... Looks like s good one!!! Love the lever action. the trap door workings, rubber tires, grease fittings on axle at wheels etc. Very nice spreader...

I've got a 175# spreader that I've had so long the tires need to be replaced even though it hasn't been used. It's set up to pull behind a mower. My wife refuses to let me fertilize the yard.

I don't go to sleep until about 1am and up at 7am unless it is raining then sleep in to 8am. No alarm clock that is just what I sleep. I am always working I don't know how to stop, I guess you could call me a work aholic.
Where did you go to get your license to fertilize as I also live here in Michigan and I know you have to be licensed to fertilize otherwise it’s a huge fine and you could possibly lose your business. Someone turned me in as I didn’t know and I talk to the lady and forgot to ask where I go. I know here in Michigan we have to take test and a class and re take the test every few years. Just wondering as I’m looking to grow more
We can take the test at our community collage. Classes are available at University of Michigan and available at different locations. Just have to check their web site. The only people that would turn us in for not having a license is True Green. And they will turn you in if you take away one of their customers.
It definitely was not true Green I’m pretty sure it was another Lawn Care company as I posted a ad on Facebook and it gave me options to tag lawn care stuff in it and it puts fertilizing in automatically and I did not even pay attention and I got a call after that but was not a big deal as I was not fertilize in anyway but thought about getting my pesticide license
I can beleive that another lawn care company did that, there are a couple of lawn care companies aroung here that are always in everone elses business and neglecting their own business
Believe you said it was your first app of the season. Your yard looked great before you spread the fert. No weeds either. Some of the yards you do for your business look weedy and thin.
Those weedy thin yards are all sand and don’t want anything done to them but mowed. I have to have the best yard in the neighborhood since I mow half of the lawns and own a lawn care business.
Why does it throw back into my legs? My legs are getting pelted by fertilizer

@@sproulman1 I've been using this same device (different label on it from same Chinese factory). I made sure to grease the gears and it's held up well. The spray is uneven but not a big deal to me.
The spreader is junk do not buy it for $189. It’s a rip off.
