Thank you for doing this - I'm a full-time wheelchair user & sidewalks are (unfortunately) very sparse & dangerous for me where I live. People like me, children, etc, rely on sidewalks to get around and the alternatives are dangerous roads or no path at all. You're doing a great thing for accessibility + safety. It may seem small, but the impact is more than you will know, I'm sure. Thank you.
These men should be running their own business with drive like this, NOT cleaning up other lazy people's negligence. They aren't heros, their victims. The city gets clean, the ones responsible don't have to pay, and the ones with drive are left to handle the mess. It's wrong, this should be done by city officials for real incentive!
City Government pay a thick envelop as an incentive? Hell, City Government has been sitting on their fat lazy ass to have allowed the sidewalk be taken over and covered by weed.

If it’s any comfort, this is giving people an accessible way to get down this road safely without a car. Someone with poor mobility, whether they use an aid like a cane or wheelchair or not, is going to benefit from the smooth surface. Also there was a hypodermic needle under there so it’s a good thing they pulled it up before someone got hurt.

If it got to this, it's most likely that everyone was just using the other side, and had next to no use of this one, considering how it seems to be next to a field, or, at least no buildings next to it. It was likely planned to have more buildings there, but they never got around to building them

The whole "OMG, there was a sidewalk/driveway there!?" videos are very popular right now so it's just a bandwagon to jump on if you want to make a lot of money from youtube. Hi! Wonderful work by these boys... The weeds that reach the sidewalk at this moment have not been cut or cleaned for over 10 years... it's a shame these neighbors on this street, they never had the courage to clean these sidewalks in front of their own houses . Strange neighbors who like a lot of trash and tall grass in front of their houses.
Exactly but it's more ashame that their own coty isn't doing anything to prevent this by doing simple upkeep of it. Here in the US first it's the City's responsibility. If they're being lazy you go above then and talk to the County. If they're being lazy you go straight to the State.

Hi! Wonderful work by these boys... The weeds that reach the sidewalk at this moment have not been cut or cleaned for over 10 years... it's a shame these neighbors on this street, they never had the courage to clean these sidewalks in front of their own houses . Strange neighbors who like a lot of trash and tall grass in front of their houses.
Exactly but it's more ashame that their own coty isn't doing anything to prevent this by doing simple upkeep of it.
Here in the US first it's the City's responsibility. If they're being lazy you go above then and talk to the County. If they're being lazy you go straight to the State.

It is very difficult for the community to clean in places where the temperature is very high. There are many dangerous things such as syringes and glass in the garbage. Please be careful of injuries and infections. You also throw away the removed soil to prevent the wind and rain from eroding the sidewalk again. It's wonderful.

@@ЛидаСтанислав-л9м я много лет проработала в Автодоре, когда наши работники весной убирают мусор вдоль дороги, то не редко находят кошельки с деньгами и телефоны, лежащие там после зимы, мужчины теряют их в снегу, когда выходят из машины сами понимаете зачем😄
