10 years later and this song still makes me shed a tear for my brother.. he constantly tears at our family and pushes us apart despite how long we have stayed together to help and support each other. Some days I want my dad to just give up on him and stop dealing with the problems he causes, other days I hang out with him as brothers should. I think that one day he will be the indirect death of my father, I hope not. But if that day ever does come, I hope God blesses me with the ability to forgive him and forget him and stop being victim to his self destructive decisions. Family is everything, but sometimes you have to distance yourself in order to appreciate the whole picture.
