I’d for sure consider running a second ryobi battery in parallel…just for the range anxiety…then you’d never need to worry. Dude you have done an awesome job. I am considering a home project alone these lines and this is the first video of this type I’ve watched. Gorgeous setting and great design. Cheers
I actually have changed things around I placed the ESC 100Amp and Battery into a watertight container I strap to the back. I had to much of an issue keeping water out from the Hatch . This setup is far superior.
Yes a 24 volt battery will be just fine. as far as a esc you dont need anything fancy with water cooling or anything like that. I had a 100 amp so i used it. It doesn't even get warm.@@steveinglis3916

I find it very good I bought the upgraded speed control; and riceiver just last month . Its very good i would buy it again.

No I have not done a current draw yet. i built 2 new ones with a off white gel and Teak decking , and lighter 8 lbs ,different lay up .

@@larsltj The motor is rated for 24 volts. The ESC can go Higher.
