Hello everyone. I hope to give you guys an overall view of Lake Chapala Malecon, its such a beautiful place, in my opinion with more more potencial then Ajijic.
I bought a house in Marina Vallarta, I like it way better than both of these, it’s beautiful. Don’t get me wrong, these places are nice as well but for me Marina is a perfect place to do everything
I don’t think you should worry about the time and how long is the video, if someone don’t like it , they can fast forward. I actually will like if you take more time…like you just went by the statue I would have love to see it and find out about it… Take the time and let us enjoy and take in everything around in your videos, please!
Hello. Every year it’s been more and more expensive but think it’s due to the world economy and inflation. With that said, it’s not as cheap as what people think, but way cheaper than in the states. If I were to build my same home in 2024 , it would cost between 180-200k. I’ve spent about 130k so far. The price properties very by location , in my location they have gone up about three times what I paid for. I paid about 22k for my lot, now its hard to find one that is cheaper then 65-75k.
I’m trying to retire in six years and I’m thinking of moving out there my wife’s dad’s from out there and I kind of love it out there the weather so beautiful any help will help me thank you very much
I kind of wanted to see if you could give me a little bit more of information. If you don’t mind on opening my eyes a little bit more on what would I need to purchase a land there in Chapala? Do you have a realtor that I could trust?
@@uricastaneda2760 my family knows a realtor/notary which helps us with all the process. He specializes in the area, what people don’t know is that knowing the region matters, the laws can be a bit different in different counties. The process is not as difficult as in the US, however it can be stressful if you don’t know the language or wonder if you’re getting robbed. The notary public in Mexico is a layer, nothing like the US. That are in charge of processing all your paper work, paying the taxes and fees and placing it all in your name. The process cost from 3-5k depending on the cost of the property. Some people don’t know this, so they think they are being taken, but it’s a normal expense when buying and transferring the property to your name. The way you can verify if a property is light, is by going g to the local (-ayuntamiento) city hall, asking for information about the property, they can provide the name of the owner , and if any taxes are owed.
Hello Sue. Good question. I’m not sure if down town has issue like other small towns. I’m going to guess due to the business around that area that water is available most of the year. At my home they open the water only two times a week to conserve water due to leaks or just bad use it. That’s why most of us have cisterns to have water through out the week.
U had the malecon all to urself! Perfect walking weather too.
It was so nice. Later on in the day it get super busy.

@@yeshuaismyredeemer ok thanks for the help. do you think I could get the realtor information?
Which areas around Chapala have adequate water during April and May?

The title of your video suggests that you were going to compare and contrast the two areas but I guess you wanted the viewer to decide for themselves
@@joyannesloan8384 have you been to Ajijic?
Yeshua is coming back very soon! Do you keep Shabbat and keep His moadim?
Hello Gene. Im a Christian and worship on Sunday’s as the church has done for many years after Pentecost.
