Learn more about the music:
Nityanand Haldipur is among the Maihar gharana’s leading bansuri exponents. He was a longtime student of surbahar maestro Annapurna Devi, one of India’s most revered musicians. He continues his guru’s tradition of taking students on other instruments, including flute, saxophone, violin, guitar and vocals, and holds ‘listening sessions’ on the works of Maihar gharana greats such as Alauddin Khan. His bansuri style fuses the ideas of Wazir Khan and Pannalal Ghosh. Hear more of Nityanand here:

Is Annapurna devi daughter of pt.Pannalal Ghosh ? I think he is allaudin Khan .
She is the daughter of Baba Allaudin Khan
Nityanand was groomed & learnt every bit of his music from my uncle Pandit Devendra Murdeshwar, who taught him till his very end & now through this clip I see that he has scant respect for Pandit Devendra Murdeshwar. Sad isn't it, that one does not appreciate what was handed down to him...
Not all gurus are worthy of worship
"The love for my Guru was so much that I did not want to abandon his teachings and learn from Annapurna Ji" The statement itself speaks volumes about his dedication ,devotion and love towards his guru. I don't think I can agree with you over that
This dude talks more and plays less 😴
Search pt. Nityananda Haldipur's recitals on UA-cam you will surely get a mouthful.. this one is an interview dear friend.
Dude..?? He is not 'dude'. He is a great maestro. You GenZ people plz learn to respect such personalities...not everyone is your "dude"
