This is such an underrated song. Hell there’s probably three hours worth of songs with full music videos from the West Coast that have never got to see the light of day from main stream hip-hop media or radio. Nothing pisses me off more when people say there’s no more good hip-hop because we’ve been hearing that for almost 15 years now and there’s plenty of good hip-hop made every year but none of the good shit ever makes it to the radio. We have songs like this from Snoop Dogg and Tha Dogg Pound, I thought in 2012 Slaughterhouse ‘Welcome to Our House’ was the second best album of the year behind Kendrick Lamar’s good kid Maad city and I was traveling the East Coast for work at the time when that album dropped and I never heard one song off that album on hip-hop radio from Baltimore to Miami and that’s a damn shame. Dr. Dre‘s third album it is just like the first two albums, there isn’t one song that I would skip on Dre‘s third album but no one even knows he put out a third album and he put that album out seven years ago now. Much respect to the DPGC for always making great music.
