In my 60+ years of life, I have not met another person who has understood Konark Temple better than you. I belong and to Puri and have seen Konark countless times. You had a fantastic guide. Everyone was elated, but there was a fear that if the king came to know that a 12-year-old had fixed an architectural problem, which skilled workers could not, he would anyway kill them. So the thing is.. being local we dont book or hire any tour guide.. also as a kid or now we only noticed those kamasutra sculpture and giggled.. but.. those high heels, purse, waiting, gossiping all those details i learnt thanks to your blog🤗 Also i remember a good memory in school i played a role of "Bishu Maharana" the main leader of artists, the father of "Dharmapad" the kid who sacrifices his life for 1200 artist.😁

He (dharama) jumped into chandrabhaga river from the top of the temple for every architect's life... So after this incidents sun god was never worshipped again there....
