@Mesos_Restrainer Rails damage skis, and he has plenty of not-new skis to hit rails with. The sharper your edge the better it'll bite into ice and hard pack; and rails. You either let the rails blunt the edges out over time and don't sharpen the skis, or file the edges to speedrun the process. You'll slide rails more smoothly, but you lose control on harder snow or ice.
