a few comments refer to mr Jeremy as monotone and uninterested in his job, etc.. but look at it the other way: you want someone that is calm and posed in a high quality product building process. an besides, engineers don't show their excitement the same way we, the regular people, do :}
What about the age old question of leathers about the fit? Some say it should be tight and very difficult to put on or stand up in but good when on the bike only. But if you look at Marc Marquez he has flappy parts even when riding and looks quite loose...
How many suits does a motogp rider have per season? Do they get a brand new suit for each weekend? What happens to suits that were not damaged, do they reuse them or recycle the bits? I've also noticed the leather used on their suits is more 'shiny' compared to the race replica, are they really the same material?
Leather manufacturers have trailer repair shops at race Evers to fix or modify as needed. Their leather is of a higher spec including use of exotic kangaroo and stingray.
Riders go through about 20-50 suits a season. If not more. If the suits are not used they will just hang them up in their wardrobes at home or give them away
Correct. AStar distributed for the North American market are out of Asia. Even Dainese is moving manufacturing overseas to Eastern Europe and Asia :( Following manufacturers produce out of Italy and are of the highest quality: Vircos, Rewin, Spyke, Spidi, GiMoto, and handful of others. Vircos and Rewin carry the highest safety ratings in the industry and are the two prominent race suit suppliers to MotoGp and WSBK riders. Worth noting: Heroic Race Apparel (American) has exceptional quality. RS Taichi (Japanese) is top shelf and starting to flourish in the N. American market. Ordering a Vircos soon myself. UA-cam has videos.

the fact that the insider liner is detachable would imply that they reuse the suits when appropriate (similar racing conditions).
Hello friend how are you the suits how much? Price
Do they get a new suit after every crash or do they repair the suits?
It depends on the damage. Sometimes they can still repair it, if they can't then yes a new suit will be used.
How can I purchase repsol 93 motogp suit
I like how the whole time this lady says something the guy just ignores her haha!
I wonder where is Rosanna today. She was everywhere back then - F1, MotoGP, Mercedes.
I have a motorbike racing equivalent to Moto 3, it's already pretty fast for daily. I love watching Moto GP. I like racing too.

Marquez is a bit short he's 5 ft 6 in but take valentino rossi for example, he's 6 feet tall.
Both...
The guy is so dreary and monotone!
looking at it the other way, the guy is so calm and posed, exactly what you need in a high quality production scenario :}
