The Outrigger in Waikiki 1981-82 I was a young dude in the Army full of wonder, discovering the world for the first time. Great memories of a time long gone by...... Thanks and Aloha!
i enjoyed being the lead singer for this band when they regrouped in 1996... a nice run through 2002... we took the krush to another dance level (as someone mentioned below) and rocked the nightclub scene as a powerhouse dance band instead of just a broadway type showband... regrets came out when i was in elementary... it was quite nostalgic singing it as a member... no regrets!
My dad’s request when he was in Queen’s hospital in 1995 was only the krush.....he brought the cd back home to Guam and it was a hit.. Locals are also singing some of the songs he that he loves to hear...Let me take you to the mountain, and so on. He passed in 1995 in Hawaii😊
Wow! Thanks sooo much for uploading. You're right that no one, until you, uploaded this song on YT. I've been searching for this over a year now. Mahalo nui loa!
I have alot of regrets. Wish I could turn back time and start over. Time is short so live each day like its the last. Because tomorrow is never promised.
Thanks kahaladiver for sharing!!...been searching the net for days particularly for this song only to be reminded that I forgot the name of the band...lol...until I was told by my brother in law, Lafo Yan Lan, a home-made musician, that it was by the Fabulous Krush! Love the oldies, but goodies!! Thanks again! Peace, kena
Bucci Canencia the guitarist from Krush is playing at Bob's Hawaiian in Gardena, CA on Sat. nights. It's now on Western Ave. They have a insane sax player (Justin Klunk) and guest vocalists that drop in from time to time.
Just in case you didn't get my comment...Calico girl on Oahu... I still remember this song as well as "lady You're my Rainbow"... That you played on that evening we were together.... Just to let you know I do still think about hyou... Just to let you know!!!!
As the DJ for KQMQ I had a great chance with Willi Moku to spend many hours with Couch and Gaunzalas. Willi Gave me the name Bobby Young being 19 I was the youngest full time Jock. I also was the first to come from an outer ISLAND. MAUI! Ya we are getting old. God Bless and Rest in Peace Willi and Qsang. And Kris Heart my friend , I kicked your butt when I went to I94 against you. kimo had me come back and you made Music Director. My Hawaii! Raised and Bread! My Aina , My Ohana. NO r Regrets!
luv this song, i have been looking for this song but unsure who sang this. We were going thru a seperation and the words are so true to the heart, but we pulled through men can be so cruel to their love ones
What a great band to see live. Does anyone remember the name of the Hawaiian restaurant in the L.A. area where they would play? Please load "In Way Over My Heart" if you've got it.
