    2021.08.03
    In succession, the "Kymco X-Town 300cc motorcycle scooter"
    We are uploading a repair video.
    This time, I took a picture of replacing the rear tire when it was time to replace it.
    To disassemble the rear wheel for most scooter motorcycles
    You must first remove the muffler.
    It took about 20 minutes of work time, but...
    To save time for those who watch this video
    I cut it down to about 10 minutes and edited it.

    It is helpful for those who do self-repair or...
    It started with the desire to make a fun video about the process of repairing a motorcycle.
    To summarize our videos...
    1. Motorcycle Repair
    2. Motorcycle Maintenance
    3. Motorcycle know-how
    4. Motorcycle Information
    5. Types of motorcycles
    6. Motorcycle Accident
    7. Motorcycle Recommendations
    8. Delivery motorcycle
    etc
    motorcycle music, helmet, top box, blackbox
    All over electric motorcycles and delivery motorcycles, such as motorcycle phone mounts, etc.
    Everything that happens at a motorcycle repair shop
    We upload it as a video, and we want to record this.
    "We are all beginners in video production, editing and shooting.
    I know it lacks a lot, and because of this, the video is not smooth and
    There may be many mistakes that we are not aware of.
    Thank you for your understanding and a lot of advice."

    Can I ask what is the size of the Tire Valve? Coz mine needs replacement and there's so many different sizes of it.

    • @MotorcycleRepair
      @MotorcycleRepair  6 місяців тому

      The hole size of most wheels where tire valves are installed is 14mm.
      This is mostly public,
      Here, the size varies depending on the length of the valve, and you can install it according to the internal diameter of your motorcycle.
      It is also divided into two types: straight and “ㄱ” shaped.
      You can install it in the form that suits your motorcycle.

    make it look so easy haha ! professional :) btw what you put on the tire before mounting it? and how can i break the bead if i don't have this domestic lever machine?

    • @MotorcycleRepair
      @MotorcycleRepair  2 роки тому +1

      What is applied to the tire is .. bead cream (tire cream).
      1. To reduce tire damage when installing tires
      2. Because of adhesion (sealing) to the tire and wheel
      3. To prevent corrosion and whitening of the wheel rim
      www.ebay.co.uk/itm/203070122766
      "how can i break the marble.."??
      What does this mean?
      Are you referring to the rim and tire separation machine?
      There is a way to blow the tire and hit the tire with a heavy hammer.

      If you're tall...over 175...it can be a little uncomfortable.
      Downtown has no advantages...but no cons...it's a motorcycle.

    So you didn't touch or remove anything from the drive belt side? Instead are able to remove completely from right side?

    • @MotorcycleRepair
      @MotorcycleRepair  2 роки тому

      It has nothing to do with the drive belt side.
      Tires, brake calipers, swingarms, etc... Bonsai assembly is possible regardless of the drive belt side. ^^ :)

    torque specs?
    Balancing the tire required?

    • @MotorcycleRepair
      @MotorcycleRepair  Рік тому

      Rear wheel fixed axle nut torque is 11-13 (kgf·m)
      This scooter does not require tire balancing.

      Thank you for watching my video and even observing it in detail.
      Because we want to show everything as it is on site
      You can see that it is very different from other UA-cam videos.
      It's lacking a lot, but ...thank you for watching my video.
      Moreover, it gives me strength because it seems like you watched all the way to the end of the video.
