      Cuz Books are written by authors who write them in a very very formal advanced manner

      Books' main objective is not to teach necessarily, but to elaborate and document a certain set of findings so that they can be replicated by future generations. They also constitute an important form of references, again for future people. UA-cam videos however, aim at helping us do well on our exams haha

    in case 2, he previously wrote T(c v)=c T (v) but used u which is 1st vector instead of v which is second , Can we use any of the two vectors in orders to check if 2nd condition satisfies?

    Is there a theorem that allows us to identify a property of the transformation to find out if a transformation is not linear? Or do you have to grind through the process each time?

      Ruttna Samhället quite some time ago but still: No, not really. But with experinece you can get a really good hunch on wether it's linear or not.
