  • First time checking out this generation 2024 Ford Mustang. Today we'll be checking out the EcoBoost Premium, which is powered by a turbo 4. With a more rigid chassis, race car inspired interior, and performance that's still exhilarating, maybe the 2024 Ford Mustang EcoBoost is really all you need. In this video we'll take a deep dive into this sports car and see if it's better than a 4 cylinder powered Toyota Supra.

I would be curious about ride quality stock vs performance pack.

If you don't care about manual shifting or paddle shifting, would you still recommend the performance package and magna ride?

i would def recommend the 10spd performance pack with brembos. magnaride if you can afford it...but that would be 3rd priority

I love my 18 ecoboost but its time for me to get a manual gt, and tbh the mach e should’ve had this type of engine too not electric

The 3.7L V6 is 305hp. And far more reliable than a turbo 4.

      No v6 option on the 2024 I don’t believe 😢

There hasn’t been a V6 option since 2017. My 2018 runs great, and it costs me less money to drive as a daily driver. The 2024 is not an option even for me, as I enjoy the 6-speed manual.

I love mustang, but don't get me wrong, this s650 interior is awful. You can put those tech in much pleasing dash.

I drove a 6 cylinder Mustang for 17 years. Now I have a 2022 GT. Trust me, you want the GT. I absolutely guarantee, if you buy the ecoboost, you will at some point wish you had the GT. It's inevitable. Think about it; if you want a 'fun weekend car,' then you're not worried about fuel economy. Why would you NOT get the one with the thundering V8? Just go easy on the options, and it's not much more than an ecoboost.

@@selfoblivionalex6262 That’s good! I’m glad you like your car. You can really modify those things. Just don’t drive a GT, it’ll spoil your view of your ecoboost.

Some of us working class folk don’t have “weekend car” money. We daily drive and commute in our vehicles. And for us, the $15k+ difference in price is far too expensive for us to afford. When you think of it as just a sports car and don’t compare it with other trims, this seems to blow everything else out of the water at this price range. I’m talking WRX, GR86, Civic SI, etc. This ain’t meant to be a muscle car. It’s a tricked out affordable sports coupe.

@@brandontemple5476 I AM working class myself; I drove a 1998 V6 Mustang for 17 years, so I know exactly what you're talking about. But later on, when you have more income, I'd strongly recommend a V8. Or even now, for the price of a new ecoboost Mustang, you could get a very nice, low mileage used GT. Speaking from personal experience, if you go for the smaller engine, at some point you will kick yourself for not getting the GT.

No man, thanks. For myself, 315 HP is WAY more than enough + great gas mileage!!!!!!

Ford delved into four cylinder turbos before. Just don’t have the durability of a V6 or V8 does.

Didnt you literally just repackage your other vid. Very unprofessional...

People who watch the quick buyers guides don’t usually watch the full reviews and vice versa…
Being professional is understanding what your viewers are telling you and tailoring content towards what they prefer and like. We get a good mix of viewers who like shorter form content over a 25-30 min full review.
It’s also something we’ve done for 3+ years so our subs clearly have no problem with us being “unprofessional”
