Gender identity isn't about what you wear, it is about how you feel. She uses she/her pronouns because she identifies as a woman, how she dresses doesn't matter
She doesn’t “identify” as a woman. She IS a woman. She has XX chromosomes so can never be a man.
I wondered if maybe some people were assuming she used alternate pronouns because she has a clothing line called Moon BOY.
Plus, in the 2020s, when you see an androgynous person, you shouldn’t assume what their pronouns are.
i really didn't like how she said she hates when people ask her pronouns "like i'm obviously a woman" why are you getting offended if people asking what would you be comfortable with? that pov is what's wrong with modern community

Well, this is a guy with dreads the color of sea foam - to say the least.
My ex was like that; any "normal" clothes were deemed 'ugly and boring', and he thought his black jeans and band tshirts made him look "unique" (instead of immature) .
I'm totally fine with goth and punk looks *that are stylish/cool*; but overdoing it just looks like a costume at some point 🤷♀️
I completely agree, he didn’t need to make the comment. She may had liked the look but he made her feel that way, she’ll never try anything outside her box. I think she’s stunning either way, where anything you feel confident and comfortable in.

show another every day style like the outfit on the 2nd one with the goth woman would have looked great on the 1st woman. the over the top princess/prom dress just looks like playing dress up- not a taste of an actual other style of clothing
The last makeup artist, Suzi was the best MA I've ever seen on this channel! She communicated with her client, her skill's on point, she actually did covered the whole body include the backside AND she helped the client taking off the makeup in the end!
That’s because Suzi has been in the film industry for a long time and is an actual professional makeup artist with years of experience.

Oh my gosh she looks stunningly gorgeous both ways. The peach prom dress actually looked pretty. When I was her age I was all pierced and 00 lobes. I got older and of course the tats stayed but I'm way more girlie now. We change. Let's see them 10yrs from now. Beautiful girls. The mom at the end brought me to tears. I had a narcissistic mom and I would have loved to hear those words. Hug your mom as much as you can she's awesome.

These people look SO gorgeous in whatever they wear, i feel like we should all accept eachother no matter style and think about what makes us feel comfortable.
What a shame that they didn't even try to create an outfit that would also suit the personality of the first girl. That dress would have been hideous on anyone and was so wrong for her shape and style....same with that wig. She is so gorgeous that they could have made her amazing...if they had just thought about her as a person and not just done a generic princess, girlie, thing.

They did her dirty...maybe because hers was from several years ago. Now they have much better clothing and more natural looking wigs.

Its nice to see that these folk are happy in their own skin. They dont feel the need to comply to make others happy when they feel good the way they are.
We should all be content with the person we are and be really happy if you can express it externally.
Suzi is my absolute favorite make up artist of them all. Ive watched a few of these videos now and everyone i see her in she is such a sweet soul. She literally guides them through the change but also. Tells them that they are perfect as they are in such a loving manner. I just love her
It might be an unpopular opinion but I’m going to put it out there - I personally think Emily Boo looks much better (I’m not counting the outfit here - that was hideous) after the makeover.
She is a beautiful woman. I honestly like her in softer makeup as well, but I know that's not something she would ever be comfortable in.
So I’ve seen a few of these episodes now 🤔 and I was really happy to see that this person snatched that wig off and confirmed for me how cool the transformation looks with their original chosen hairstyle…I absolutely love it 😍

I like seeing the mixture of goth and tomboy. All sorts of people get stuck in a fashion rut or certain style so it’s nice to see not just goth to normal.

I don't understand why they give them things that they have specifically said they dislike. They should be given makeovers that they look forward to. They get already apprehensive the minute their shoes and clothes are delivered. 😔
I agree. They just need to change what doesn't work with a certain body type or face shape.
For example, a large woman might want clothing that gives her a waistline without always hiding under black tent shapes. The bright yellow top with horizontal stripes did the exact opposite: it drew attention to the midriff and made it look super wider. That's the top suited to an anorexic.

It's always odd when they say they want to be comfortable in their skin ... because clearly they're not. Being comfortable in your skin means not needing to alter its natural form. They're doing everything in their power to be out of their own skin. They literally hate it.

Emily Boo’s transformation: her new hair and makeup - she looks stunning! The clothes - ummm no lol. Not the right style for her. Black suits her better. ❤
Jen's as-is look is top drawer. Hair style with off-centre mass on top is perfect for her face shape and avant gard.
Blond wig shows mistake many Asian girls make with the straight, long hair, flat on top: it makes a squarish cranium look even wider.
The red velvet dress was like old curtains, bulky in the wrong places. The way Jen uses oversize clothing puts the bulk higher and gives her a very good line.
Many of the others here are using weird look to cover up an eating disorder. Jen looks fit from the get-go.
It was all fun.

Why do they always dress them like dolls or prom kids? It’s so stupid the outfits they pic. That first girl is freaking GORGEOUS, you can tell right away. They coulda put her in a modern dress with a clutch like what a girl in her 20s would wear to a club in the 2020s, and she woulda been a frickin SMOKE show. She looked like she was dressed up for a high school production of Cinderella.
