In retrospect, this was the beginning of a huge arc for Sora-sama and it was Haachama of all people that started it. Sora-sama became more casual and less seiso-goddess which is what I think she ultimately wanted.

As much as the goddess has all of the nigh omnipotence, she still feels lonely on the over-reverence she's been getting. Recently though, the rest of the HoloCast have been making efforts to actually play with Sora, and this does bring a smile to my face. I hope she gets more collabs. I have to admit I haven't seen too much of Sora compared to the others, it's only last month or two that alot of translated clips have started to pop up alot more. When referred to as “Haato-sama” even Haachama expressed that it seem distant, so she used a cuter honorific “chama” and is only prefixed by the first syllable of her name, aka Haachama. But Sora is the undeniable senpai in this case, and it would be strange and even inappropriate when Sora called her “chama”, as it resembles greatness, just in a cute and dere way. So she “Haa-chan” here to keep both the cuteness and appropriacy. Notice a same case in Suisei, where nearly all members already call her “Sui-chan” yet only Sora refers to her full given name “Suisei-chan”. Bottom line is that Sora would most likely use a less close suffix to the holo members (if they are not informed in the format given name + chan”) compared to how they are generally called because she is the absolute senpai.
