He mentions what „Nikola customers expect“…way too soon if you hardly have a product out that customers can give you feedback about. Building these trucks and the software that goes with it is already a huge task. But on top of that they want to build the infrastructure for it? Not a credible statement as Plug Power is doing that and they will offer the infrastructure and the hydrogen to Nikola. Daimler Trucks, MAN Trucks etc. also are established competitors. I think Nikola will have a niche market and slowly grow from there.
