When I saw how powerful ulquiorra is i was like "Oh man Imagine what top 3 espadas gonna be considering that ulquiorra is only number 4." and after I saw what the top 3 espadas did and how they went out, i was really dissapointed, ulquiorra set the bar so hight that literally the top 3 espadas felt completely underwhelming garbage.

@@helly9015 the reason you thought they were underwhelming is because the budget was lower for their fights lmao, also barragan got outsmarted and starkk fought the 2 most powerful captains outside of yamamoto, halibel just got done dirty by aizen so i dont know why you would say that. (at this point ichigo would get shat on by shunsui in his shikai imo, his shikai is insanely strong)
@@Myhaay It could also be said that ichigo's abillities are not as troublesome as shunsui. First shunsui stabs stark from behind and then uses his abilities to kill him.
@@helly9015 Its really weird because Ulquiorra stated that every Espada above rank 4 could use the cero obscuras but I think not one of the other 3 used it. Starrk is ofcourse a lazy mfer so he is excluded but the other 2 had no reason NOT to use it imo.

Each of the espadas represent an aspect of death
1. Starrk is the isolation you feel when you die.
2. Barragan is time or more specifically decay through old age. As you grow oldee death is nearer to you.
3. Harribel is sacrifice, some die through sacrifice of themselves.
4. Ulquoirra is emptieness or the void. Once you die there is nothing which makes sense as to why he is curious about Ichigo and his determination as he knows there is nothing but emptiness that awaits them all.
5. Nnoitora is despair.
6. Grimmjow is destruction, death brings upon the destruction of life.
7. Zommari is intoxication.
8. Szayelapporo is madness as he is the evil scientist so it fits him.
9. Aaroniero is greed as you may become greedy and cling into live as much as possible.
10. Yammy is rage as when you die you may feel rage at your death or at yourself for not doing enough or at the world for allowing your death.

Yes. Many people only rank him above Halibel, many people puts him still below Halibel, some put him above Starrk, and more. I personally believe that R2 Ulquiorra is the strongest Espada

I’m one of the people who believe Ulquiorra in his second release is actually the strongest Espada (Yammy might actually be “stronger” and have more spiritual pressure, but he would definitely lose to Ulquiorra in a fight). The main argument people make for Starrk being stronger is because he fought 4 captains. However, TWO of those captains were kind of weak by normal captain standards, and they didn’t even use their bankai. Starrk seemed like he might have been in trouble once Ukitake entered the fight, but he was taken out by Wonderweiss. The only one to actually really do much to Starrk was Shunsui, and this was when his shikai ability actually activated. Ulquiorra in his first release was already SO much stronger than Ichigo in bankai for with his mask boost as well, which I think puts him above the other vizords in terms of how powerful we’ve seen them as so far. Add the second release on top of that, which is similar to an additional bankai power boost, and I think it’s a no brainer (IN MY OPINION).
Aizen said he even set up all Ichigo’s fights very specifically, and he likely did know about Ulquiorra’s second release, so Ulquiorra being the strongest actually makes sense from a narrative standpoint.

You do know that both captains that starrk fought where extremely strong right? Yes Ulquiorra could be #1. But you can’t compare shunsui and Ukitake because you’ve never seen there Banki. So you can compare them to ichigo. One they are far older than ichigo and have more experience 2 they both have two of the strongest and most dangerous banki that’s why they can’t use it with others around
The last part can be interpreted in another way, where you can say that he is ranked 4 BECAUSE aizen knew about his 2nd release and set him up for ichigo.

For some reason, Bleach uses a lot of Spanish words when it comes to powers and some places. "Las noches" means "The nights" in spanish, and "Espada" means "Sword". All the transformations are spanish words as far as I remember, Ulquiorra being "Murciélago" (bat) and his power "Lanza del relámpago" (lightning spear). "Cero" means "Zero" and "Gran Rey Cero" is "Great King Zero".
Spiritual pressure in Bleach determines almost everything. For example, Aizen is not affected by Suzumebachi's ability (two-touch kill). It affects defense and penetration (remember how Ichigo couldn't penetrate Kenpachi in the first fight). As noted, Ulquiorra's spiritual pressure is so strong it doesn't even look like spiritual pressure. It's like air turned into a liquid under high pressure. Ulquiorra surpasses the entire espada combined due to spiritual pressure. It's the difference between Shikai and Bankai. Ulquiorra got rank 4 because Aizen himself didn't know of his full power.

It's interesting what Kubo did he could have went the route of Ichigo healing after beating Grimmjow and fighting Nnorita at full strength then when he fights Ulquiorra and forces him use his second release form. Instead Kubo made a more poetic fight.

His second release was unaccounted for and the number even disappears when he goes into his 2nd release unlike every other release so far. Plus his feats vs the Vasto Lorde are more impressive than you think and we'll see that explained later. When he finishes the espada part I can give more details but Ulquiorra being stronger than the other 3 espada are a given and I would dare to say no captain can take him but Yamamoto.

His feats are not "more impressive than I think", I've watched and read all of bleach including CFYOW I know what his feats are and how they rank in the universe. The fact that you say "vs the Vasto Lorde" just confirms that you have no idea what you're talking about. That is not Ichigo as a "Vasto Lorde" that is White taking over his body as was foreshadowed during the Arrancar Invasion arc when White gave Ichigo the instinct speech. White is not a Vasto Lorde. Ulquiorra is Number 4. There are 4 Espada that are stronger than him, that's why they are ranked 0-3. Point blank. This is how Kubo decided to rank the characters, you don't get to ignore what Kubo is saying directly to your face and be like "Well Ulquiorra is my favorite so I want him to be the strongest."

@ScotTV Gamer your right the truth of the matter is that Yammy is not as strong as Ulquiorra, the only eveidence to the contrary is Yammy's statement but we know from multiple times it was stated, that Yammy is bad at gauging spirit pressure, and the fact that a nearly exhausted hollowfication Ichigo was able to casually slap him into the ground while he was in his release, that fact that yammy is just a tank with lots of spirit pressure and nothing more. I mean the ranking of the Espada is also on there base forms only, something to be noted is that yammy's nuber changes from 10 to 0 , but if you look Ulquiorras number completely disappears.

Buddy I'm not sure you know how numbers work but Ulquiorra is #4 and Starrk is #1. It's as simple as that. Kubo is literally telling you to your face "THIS IS THE RANKING OF HOW STRONG THEY ARE" and you're closing your eyes and sticking your fingers in your ears going "LALALALLALA CAN'T HEAR YOU ULQUIORRA IS MY FAVORITE SO HE'S THE STRONGEST".
Halibel only seems "weak" because she's up against an opponent who DIRECTLY counters her abilities. Even then it took the Vizards coming to even start pushing her back. She literally only was taken out of the fight because Aizen was ready to move on to the next part of his plan. Toshiro + the Vizards failed to kill the "weakest" in the time that Starrk and Barragan were killed. She literally becomes queen of Hueco Mundo with Nel and Grimmjow under her command.
