yes, the gore tex stretch is only available since 2020. i remember sitting in a press conference at the ISPO 2020, and when I asked them about the technology they admitted the membrane itself does not really stretch. they pre-shrinking it so it can stretch out like an accordeon. thats the reason why it still is waterproof - for 20% stretch they use 20% more material folded together so it has the ability to make room for movement. i guess they are using similar methods in the 2 layer material seen on the cuffs.
Don't you live in a quite humid country? Ive spent 6 months in Thailand / Cambodia. I wouldn't be able to wear most of what Acronym manufactures unfortunately. The P22-S is something I could ware in SE Asia I think. I love the this pair but I couldn't see myself wearing them due to the heat issue.
Thank you Agga City Gang for replying so quick to my question. My apologies on deleting the comment. So, I’ll bring back up what I asked that way your viewers can go back and see the comment if they’re in the same predicament I’m in. I’m about 5’9 in height as well and usually rock a 32 waist (Medium). Usually with Acronym products I get a Medium, but when the pants are baggy I have to get a small. For instance, I have to get a size small for a P30 due to its baggy construction. You replied back and mentioned you should of kept the size medium for the purpose of wanting to use the pants as a shell. Which I agree since they are Gore-Tex and the fact a small would feel like the bottom hook attached to the shoe laces might damage the pants due to it being over-ally/uncomfortably stretched for a person whose 5’9. That being said a size small would be concerning considering the price, the piece is meant to last, and not worth worrying about due to the investment already made. So, I too agree on getting a medium if your around 5’9 height. Thank you again :-)
great review! I really like the lenght of it and how detailed you made it. I own the P38-AD and it does not have deep pockets on the inside (ad side) btw. Don't really care anyways because of the exact reason you mentioned in your video + the plastics cinches can be annoying...
Thanks mate! Good te hear, because it's a lot of work, so very glad to read it's appreciated 😁 But there is a picture of the inside deep pockets on the mother site?
These are size Small, at 176Cm and 65kg I eventually found them to be too short (when wearing low shoes especially), so I ended up selling them. I should have kept the medium...I had underestimated how much I would use them as overpants.
Another awesome review, great job man!
Thanks mayne, you getting that last Medium?😅

I still can’t tell what size you kept and what size the footage you are showing is of
most of the footage is the small, which I kept, but eventually sold because I found it too small after all
@@AggaCityGang are you getting the restock?
I kinda want to, because I do miss them, but I really don't have any money right now, so no@@theinstigatorr

The DWR doesn't seem to be very good. Might need to reapply.
Works just fine thanks 😁
Hi what size is this pants in the video? And your height and weight may I ask? Thx

Thx for reply. I’m not sure if I should buy M or L for P43-GT when sometimes for over pants. I’m 178/80kgs…
P37 are amazing also!!
Yup, love them!
Can I just wearing the p38gt without the leggings?I buy it today
Sure you can, why not?

Why is this half an hour
Because it is specially for you, and I know how much you like long video's. You're welcome!
You could've shaved down the video 26 minutes by jumping into a lake again.
Could have!
