Quentin has been talking about Kill Bill 3 since 2 came out. He always said it would be Veneta Green's daughter growing up and getting revenge for killing her mother. However, Quentin has announced his 10th and final film. But I have 2 ways Kill Bill 3 still could work. 1.) Kill Bill is considered 1 film. Theoretical, Kill Bill 3 could still allow it to be a single film. 2.) Right now Quentin is making an 8 episode tv show. An 8 hour long Kill Bill 3 TV series would be amazing!
I think Kill Bill is already counted as only one film in his filmography. But a series would be amazing too, imagine every episode is one different "revenge" and a lot of fight sequences, sounds great
32:58 The ending had depth. After all the explosive fights the death of Bill was thought provoking. He walked off quietly and excepted that he received what he deserved. He done her wrong and knew it. It's like a person committing a murder that totally accepts the punishment for their actions. No excuses he knew he had it coming.
I remember reading that the bride/Elle trailer fight was so funny and stupid and crazy instead of serious because Quentin Tarantino watched the first Jackass movie the night before he started filming it.
There has been talk of a third movie for years. Rumor is he wanted to wait so he could bring back some of the original characters as they got older. Vivica Fox's kid was supposed to be trained by the Sofi and one eye to get her revenge on Uma. But Uma's daughter was trained as well, and her and Vivica's kid are supposed to fight. I think Vivica's kid was supposed to get her revenge and then Uma's daughter gets her. That's one of the ideas floating around.
The one eyed assassin is the only one not named after a venomous snake. As you said, she always has something else do the dirty work for her. She was going to unalive Uma in her sleep, she poisoned Pai Mei, she put snakes in Buds money. She never hands on in a fight unalived anyone, therefore she wasn't considered venomous.😉
Back when Uma & Quintin was filming “Pulp Fiction” on breaks or while they were setting up shots, they were talking about the old Kung Fu Spaghetti Westerns that were made in the early 1970’s. They both loved them. So while they were talking, he would say, “Hey! Wouldn’t it be great if they did this…” and she would say, “Oh! And wouldn’t it be great if they did that…” “Oh, and the other!” That’s how Kill Bill was born. Its working title was, “The Bride”. That’s why they always bleeped out her name anytime it was said until it was revealed when she was in elementary school scene saying, “here”, and raised her hand. Pai Mai was the epitome of what Kung Fu movies were all about in the late 70’s. They did a great job. Now you have to watch his “Four Rooms”!
Just so that you are aware, Quentin Tarantino originally made one movie. As he was editing it, however, he could not cut out enough of the movie to keep it under a reasonable length. So, instead, he decided to cut it in half and make 2 movies. This is the reason you see some previews of part 2 within part one. For example, when Bud said that "she deserves her revenge and we deserve to die.", you saw that also in part one. Anyway, I am new to your channel and thoroughly love your reactions.
It's funny because the way you were talking about how unstoppable the bride is made me think about sense8 where one of the characters is described as the fucken Terminator because they just can't be put down. You might like that show.
Q&U- They came up wth this story whilst working on Pulp Fiction. Tarrantino wanted to pay hommage to the old Kung Fu, Samarai, Grindhouse, Blacksploitation and spahetti western cinema and they formulated the characters and revenge plot.
For the best Quinten Tarantino experience, watch them in order starting with True Romance, then Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, etc. He is my favorite director by a mile. While he didn't direct True Romance, it was his first screenplay and is a true gem with an amazing cast. He used the money he made with it to finance Reservoir Dogs. He also wrote Natural Born Killers around that same time, and you can squeeze it in between the first two. I believe they all take place in the same "universe". Enjoy!
For me the best Quentin Tarantino movies are Inglourious Basterds, Pulp Fiction, Django Unchained and Reservoir Dogs. And Kill Bill of course, that is actually one of my favorite movies of all time, i even have an replica of Beatrix's Hattori Hanzo sword 😆 Btw "Q&U" are, indeed, Quentin and Uma! Hahah! They created The Bride character and the story together
If you wanna watch some Tarantino, there are all the classics that you’ll be recommended left and right but my personal fave will always be Four Rooms, it’s one of his earlier ones but it’s so chaotic and amazing that it deserves a yearly rewatch.
I saw that on opening weekend, in a PACKED theater, and one-third of the theater was freaking out during the sounds of that scene. I was giggling at them. Looking back, that was wrong of me, but at the time I thought it was silly.
Johnny Mo (leader of the Crazy 88's with the bald head and black mask) is the same Actor who plays Pai Mei, Martials Arts Legend Gordon Liu. The Owner of the Sushi Restaurant Hatori Hanzo was played by Samurai Sword Film Legend Sonny Chiba. There was talk of a 3rd movie taking place 20 years later where the little girl who watched her Mother being killed comes after Bibi. Sofie with Robotic limbs and Ellie with a Bionic eye were also mentioned.
There is 100s of movies with Pai Mei. Maybe not this character. But He's in a lot of kung fu movies. IIRC the whole training montage is taken directly from an old KungFu movie. Tarrentino mentions something about it on the commentary track. I think the name or something means white eyebrows.
I love this movie! I could not tell you how many times I watched volume 1 and 2 back to back. I’ve also watched it in different chapter orders on two TV’s. I’ve even made my own Kill Bill soundtrack that includes awesome tracks not featured on the soundtrack. I am hoping that Quentin Tarantino releases “The Whole Bloody Affair” which is both volumes combined as one film as intended. I’m hoping that someday we will get it. 🙏🏻
When Bill goes out to warn Bud she's coming , the sports car he's driving that can be seen behind him is a Lamborghini Mangusta. All of the members of the deadly Viper Squad are named after deadly snakes. Now consider the word "Mangusta" is Italian for "Mongoose", an animal that can kill deadly snakes including Vipers.
I love the kill bill series and I loved that you did too I wanna watch them again as I own them, great reaction keep up the fantastic work and that movie made me want a samurai sword too
There is talk about #3. The little girl from the fist one, she is coming for revenge. It's just internet rumors, so... Also, did you notice the only one she killed with her Hanzo sword was O-ren?
Fun fact: Pai Mei translates as "Whote Eyebrows." I'm sure you can see why. Also, funnily enough, Bill is wrong in his statement about Batman. Bruce Wayne is every bit as much a mask for Batman as Clark Kent is for Kal-El. He wasn't born that way, but Batman is so integrally his personality that his doesn't matter. In Batman The Animated Series, he even points out at one point that he knew something was wrong with the thoughts he was having because he called himself Bruce in his own mind.
There had been talks of a sequel ever since. It would presumably follow Vivica Fox's characters' daughter on her quest to get revenge. Knowing Tarantino, though, it seems rather unlikely that it will ever happen.
Now that you've watched part 2 I'm watching your reactions and in response to your question in part 1 yes you can buy a katana though a good one is expensive although display ones are cheaper. I even know where you can buy a replica of the brides katana though apparently it is loose so I'd not suggest swinging it around. I have one in my living room that I'm quite happy with and I live in Australia as well. However I'm not sure I'd trust you with one in a house with a child and a cat.
Good job. Best movie reaction it took a month to watch that you’ve done. Now I can subscribe. You should watch all of Tarantino’s movies. In chronological order is good… Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, etc., etc…
22:20 The way you feel about this fantastic movie is the same way I felt with Breaking Bad. As I watched the last scene of Breaking Bad I was definitely sad but man was the ending satisfying.
Tarantino recommendations - this is difficult because they're so different. Being a better film doesn't mean they're more watchable. The most watchable, imo is Death Proof - this was released as part of a double-feature called Grindhouse, which included trailers for fake films and Robert Rodriguez' Planet Terror. You may want to consider making 2 episodes for the Grindhouse films and their trailers (and you can watch Death Proof without the other films/trailers, it's just a neat experience, IMO). I think his best film is Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, but I'm usually more in the mood to watch Pulp Fiction or Death Proof.
Hey Puggapillar, greetings from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. My name is David and I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoy your reaction/videos. "PLEASE CONSIDER WATCHING THE CHUCKY SERIES." I’m 💯% sure that you will enjoy all of the episodes from each of the 3 seasons.
coming back to say ty! seen this movie over hundred times owned it on vhs/dvd........first time noticing that when you see the corpse in the casket its hand is doing the "bunny-rabbit" in the light!!!!!
Ha ha ha ha love your blur out on your own feet damn goooood you are just best 👏👏👏 its on react Kill Bill 2 as i studying right now 👁️👍🏻 i am a swed so if you can't understand some time so is it because i can't text english ha ha ha ha 🇦🇺❤️🇸🇪❤️🇦🇺 Huuuuh your Australian flag is a beautiful 👍🏼🇦🇺👍🏼
Daryl Hannah and Umas fight scene is top 5 best female fight scenes! So good! The acting in the Kill Bill movies is top notch!
honestly....
it's my favorite chapter "Elle & I"
The Pai Mei sequence is my favorite chapter in the entire story, every time he flicks his beard I laugh my ass off😂
Gordon lui did an amazing job.. he fought his school mate in clan of white lotus... now he got to play him!!

hey to be fair having a knife hidden in your boot is a pretty basic assassin's move . Her not having a knife in her boot is what would have been sus 😂

One lesson also is to not break the heart of a murdering bastard.

The 5 point palm exploding heart technique sounds like a Mortal Kombat Johnny Cage/Scorpion/Sub Zero type of finisher move or some sh1t.
That was a long and painful wait for this posting, lol, but so welcomed. Great watchalong!
It's funny because the way you were talking about how unstoppable the bride is made me think about sense8 where one of the characters is described as the fucken Terminator because they just can't be put down. You might like that show.
"I speak a little Spanish, if you prefer."
"Oui!"
🤣🤣🤣
Cool that you enjoyed the movies as much as I did. Kill Bill is in my Top3 favorite movies, enjoyed both your reactions! 😃
Q&U- They came up wth this story whilst working on Pulp Fiction. Tarrantino wanted to pay hommage to the old Kung Fu, Samarai, Grindhouse, Blacksploitation and spahetti western cinema and they formulated the characters and revenge plot.
3:40
Feet are literally a character in all his movies. He should give them their own end credit scenes. 😂😂!!
32:41
"You look ready."
Woah! What a simple line but it says so much.
6:47
He does that face in every movie that I've ever seen him in. 😂😂!!
Good impersonation. LOL!☺

The best line you have ever pulled is the bumble bee one 😂
My dad and I met David Carradine very briefly at a convention in 2003.
My dad shook his hand. David didn't seem amused.
Pulp Fiction is my personal favorite, but these are just as good.
My personal favourite is Death Proof - has Zoe Bell (Uma’s stunt double in KB) playing herself. She’s from New Zealand. Worth a watch!
For me the best Quentin Tarantino movies are Inglourious Basterds, Pulp Fiction, Django Unchained and Reservoir Dogs. And Kill Bill of course, that is actually one of my favorite movies of all time, i even have an replica of Beatrix's Hattori Hanzo sword 😆

Did anyone else thing of Pigpen (Peanut's character) when she had all the dust flying off her after digging herself out of the dirt.😂
That scene where she gets buried alive always gave me so much anxiety but we all knew she'd find a way out of there
I saw that on opening weekend, in a PACKED theater, and one-third of the theater was freaking out during the sounds of that scene. I was giggling at them. Looking back, that was wrong of me, but at the time I thought it was silly.
I love how Budd's boss is so completely out of Tarantinoville

I loved the fight in the trailer too…best fight I’ve seen in ages
19:24
That's his spit cup. When someone chews tobacco they have to spit because saliva builds up in the mouth. It's disgusting. 🤢
I think "Elle and I" was my favorite chapter - that fight in the trailer was bonkers!
19:14
This is shot hilarious, but it looks great. The mirrored kick really gives this an equal balance of strength between these two powerhouses.
I love this movie! I could not tell you how many times I watched volume 1 and 2 back to back. I’ve also watched it in different chapter orders on two TV’s. As many times as I've seen this movie, I have NEVER looked over to see the corpse there on the right.
There is talk about #3. The little girl from the fist one, she is coming for revenge. It's just internet rumors, so...
Also, did you notice the only one she killed with her Hanzo sword was O-ren?
19:26 "The fuck was that?" That would be chewing tobacco spit in a can. It's a special kind of horrible.
From Dusk Till Dawn, written by Quentin Tarantino and directed by Robert Rodriguez🎉🎉🎉
Ох знали бы вы, как я любила Бадда в детстве!!) И спустя столько лет - тоже ❤
Fun fact: Pai Mei translates as "Whote Eyebrows." I'm sure you can see why.

The scene where she’s buried alive literally sets off my claustrophobia every time 😭
The fights in this movie are classic. This was a great review!
Pulp Fiction, Django Unchained and Kill Bill are my favorite Tarantino movies. But Jackie Brown is close behind. Tarantino is a god.
One more thing i react on KILL BILL 2 That it have to be only in the country of freedom as they have a church with a porch at the entrance..🤯🤯🤯
As you see, leaving somebody totally blind is NOT the same as killing him; it's WORSE!
i think you would greatly enjoy crouching tiger hidden dragon
0:42 Whats up Doc?? (Sorry this was literally the first thing that came to mind when he bit into the carrot)
Other favorite Tarantino movies include Django Unchained, Pulp Fiction, Iron Monkey and Inglorious Bastards.
7:34
Her eyes. 👀
"Leave him alone." 😄
Joining Patreon just for the unblurred feet intro lol
Those were happy tears
When is your return of the king reaction going to be ready? Love your videos dude :)
I liked when Uma’s character got reunited with her daughter
His name is Puggabiller now 😂😂

Kobe Bryant was known as “Mamba.”
Love the Grogu shirt

Filming it tomorrow!

Dude, yes!
You should watch Repo: The Genetic Opera 🖤
hey if this makes you feel better i did not care that much that the reaction took a sec to get to
You SOB! I was literally eating sad mac n cheese when you said that
coming back to say ty! seen this movie over hundred times owned it on vhs/dvd........first time noticing that when you see the corpse in the casket its hand is doing the "bunny-rabbit" in the light!!!!!

A frame within a frame shot. 👍
I'd like to see Jennifer Lawrence or lily james play b.b kiddo later on future kill Bill 3?
12:24
😂 (Quietly Farts)
Yaaay hold on. Let me close the clinic for 33 minutes so I can watch the reaction in peace.
Hey Alex just had a thought you ever watched the room ?
19:27 Have you never seen anyone dip chewing tobacco? Bud spat some at Bea already. That's a spit-can.
Best Tarantino movie? Purely subjective but my vote goes to Django Unchained.
Well I'm not saying I'm waiting for the third LotR movie or whatever, but... I'm waiting for the third LotR movie!

That mocking laughter is funny and annoying. 😂
I love Jackie Brown by Quentin Tarantino. Robert Forster is more beautiful than Hull.
Yasssss! Finally someone mentions Jackie! It’s his most underrated movie
*Chill Bill whistle*
yo puggapiller please do a reaction to all the toy story films mate!
How is it possible that you haven't gotten around to another QT movie in eight months?!
I'm sorry 😭 it's hard when I upload once a week, however I have got planet terror coming out in 2 weeks!
@@Puggapillar Understandable, you just have so much Quentin greatness ahead of you! Any idea what your next Tarantino movie will be?
"Elle..." "Bea..."
"D"
Kiddo/Bride is the black mamba
you need to watch planet terror 😭
The stuff the Bride threw in Elle’s face is chewed tobacco. Yeah gross
Dip the carrot in some ranch
Where were you why did you not make content???!??
you should watch from dusk till dawn
It's funny that you called that car the "dick machine," since Harvey Weinstein was connected to that car (look up Uma's accident)
☠️ oh no
Baked beans?!? LOL - That was a spit-can of Budd's chewing tobacco spit. Incredibly gross stuff!
Hope you react to more Tarantino movies ❤
I hope you get your samurai sword.😊
PIE MAY BUT SAUSAGE WOULD'NT
Watch straight outta Compton
I CAME DID YOU MISS ME HAHAHAHAHAHHAHH
