How many kilometers do you change the oil? Me too I use 0w30 Mannol Legend Extra, but I found that now Mannol has replaced the full syntethic writing in Premium Pao Based. I gave an email for clarification and they replied that it is a semi-synthetic oil, two minimum bases of Pao Ester, Hc oil and mineral with additives.
I change oil if the board computer write: maintenance need (small key), usually one year. I saw the Mannol change and the until naw oil is not available. Last oil change i use Total Quartz Ineo First 0W-30.

The capacity is 3,8 liter. You can check this on dipstick.
