Kyokushin Karate hands down. It’s only problem is no punches to the head, and you can literally solve that by training with punches to the head while solo training or sparring at a boxing/MMA gym with punches to the head.

well then it just becomes a typical Muay Thai arts...
Although kyokushin exercise the philosophy of fighting and martial arts. The whole point is more about toughness and conditioning. Kyokushin aim to achieve peak conditioning and fitness through martial arts and fighting. Hence why punches to face is forbidden cuz u can't condition the face. Although u can kick and knee, the chances of someone kicking the face is far low than someone punching lol

Kyokushin is the best fit for me as I prefer Kumite over point scoring kumite and lots of Kata, I like Kyokushin because it’s down to earth and so fun

For a good reason. Kyokushin Karate isn't called Karate for nothing. If punches to the head were allowed in tournaments, it would be far too bloody. Only a limited amount of types of kicks are allowed in full contact tournaments purely because it requires more energy to do, and more skill to pull off.
If it was an actual Kyokushin fight. You'd expect the fighters to end up very badly damaged from head strikes alone

In official tournaments, yes. But there's also special occasions where you can punch the head (with gloves on) called Shinken Shobu
