This guy, in my opinion, was the best actor in the series. All the actors were good, but he really stood out the most. The range he was able to convey with just his hand was incredible, and props to the entire VFX team for making it seamless.

But why does he, when she stops, turn it so the mirror side shows? Wouldn't that make it much more difficult to edit with? Or is it easier that way to mask the area? And why is he showing the color block? Is it to get a reference how certain colors looked in the scene on set so they can adjust the hand to these colors so they match lightning etc? Thank you!

I didn`t know that they filmed it in Romania and with romanian actors until after I finished it and started to watch these insides videos. As a romanian I can only say that i`m glad that we contributed a bit to the whole production that turned out to be a massive succes. Can`t wait for season2. :D

I’ve passed Cantacuzino Castle 3 days before watching this show and I’m a bit disappointed in myself that I still didn’t recognize it. They did a great job with the lighting tho, the castle is a lot more colorful in real life so I’m giving myself a pass here. Glad our castles and arhitecture are finally getting some recognition, we have some incredibly beautiful buildings that often get overlooked.

Getting a magician to play Thing is GENIUS!!! Magicians are so expressive with their hands and definitely more skilled with their hands than actors so it makes so much sense to get a magician for that but I would've never thought of it! Hats off to whoever first suggested it because I bet they got some odd looks from everyone in the room.

This series is great entertainment on so many levels… I grew up with three channels, now I’ve got 5 streaming services, a million shows and There’s Nothing to Watch. Yet here I am watching Wednesday about the Adams Family, never watched the original… and this is outstanding. Jenna is just captivating. Her mesmerizing stare and understated treachery is riveting. But her ability to interact with this Thing reframes the whole mystery in a different yet totally believable realm. Thing is literally her best friend and confidant. It’s ability to communicate such a complex array of feelings is incredible to watch. Thing is a true character, a real, sensitive, protective, loyal friend. The casting is perfect to highlight Jenna as the heroine and provide her with a supporting role that enhances without stealing the spotlight.
