That looks amazing😋!I just did a pork belly yesterday for the big 4th party my friends and I throw.I did Malcom Reeds firecracker pork belly burnt ends a lot more work but they were great everybody loved them,also did two 8lb pork butts for the pulled pork it was all great. “How to BBQ Right” is his UA-cam channel if you don’t already know it has the recipe for those burnt ends,might want to check it out.Welcome back it’s been awhile.👍🔥❤️

I don’t do sweet much I prefer heat over sweet,but I just ran across a bologna burnt ends video I might have to try,I only like bologna fried crispy so I’d have to take it further than this guy did.The Slippery Noodle use to sale 1/4lb fried bologna sandwiches that were amazing.Don’t even know if they are still open that’s been years ago.Keep doing you man your videos are great👍🔥🇺🇸
