Kidney का काम यह होता है की हमारे blood में से जो unwanted याने ख़राब चीजे है उनको filter करना और उन waste material को पेषाब के रास्ते से body से बहार निकालना। Kidney अगर किसी कारणवश अपना काम ठीक से नहीं कर पाती है तो हमे बोहोतसी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है। Kidney का एक काम शरीर में hemoglobin की मात्रा बनाये रखना भी होता है।
किस कारन से Kidney ख़राब हो सकती है? (Kidney failure causes)
उच्च रक्तदाब और शुगर की समस्या ज्यादा देर तक रहने से Kidney ख़राब हो सकती है।
बार बार Kidney stones या Kidney में infection होने से भी किडनी ख़राब हो जाती है।
डॉक्टर के सलाह के बिना गलत दवाइया लेने से।
किडनी फ़ैल होने के symptoms क्या है? (kidney failure symptoms)
खाना न जाना, vomiting होना, पेशाब की मात्रा कम हो जाना, चलते वक्त थकना, चेहरे पे सूजन, आपकी एकाग्रता कम होना ऐसे अलग अलग लक्षण होते है की आपको किडनी की समस्या है।
अगर ये लक्षण दीखते है तो डॉक्टर्स investigation करते है (test for kidney failure)-
अगर आपको acute Kidney injury है तो अच्छे ट्रीटमेंट से ये थोड़े ही दिनों में ठीक की जा सकती।
अगर किसीको chronic Kidney disorder होता है तो रिकवरी के चान्सेस कम हो जाते है।
डायलिसिस कैसे किया जाता है ?
जैसे किडनी आपके शरीर के waste को बहार निकालती है डायलिसिस भी वही करता है एक कृत्रिम मशीन की मदत से।
डायलिसिस के दो types होते है -
Peritoneal Dialysis
Hemo Dialysis
Average Dialysis की cost दस से बिस हज़ार के बिच में होती है।
