$130 air compressor faster than ARB dual piston compressor! Best $125 spent! Best Jeep Accessory

- 2 1/2 minutes to air up a 40 inch tire from 7 psi to 30 psi!!! This air compressor is exactly like the one on Lite Brite they tested against ARB's $1000 dual piston compressor. The compressor shown on that episode is identical to this NAPA special in every way. The only difference is it doesn't say Moab on it and the air hose connector is different. But all the parts that matter are exactly the same! Check it out yourself.
This is probably one of the best Jeep Accessories you can have.

Impressive. I have been contemplating the ARB for a while. So glad you posted this!! Thanks!!
Thanks for sharing!
Also bought such a compressor, pumps fast. No questions here. But the quality leaves much to be desired. It burned out after only six months of infrequent use, when I was alone at night and in the woods. And I needed to inflate the tires with 4 psi. So I bought a more expensive but less productive compressor, which will definitely not let me down.
That air compressor is high output and restricted by the Schrader valve. It works faster with a multi tire kit
Only about 5 factories in China make all air compressors
Have you tried the link recently? They’ve changed it, but curious if it’s still the same specs and also curious if it’s still holding up after a year.
That was fast!! Screwing on seems nice as you can walk away and around while it's doing its job! ... jeep looking great my friend!
I've since modified that. You now just click it on in a second.
Ive had my ARB dual compressor for years never let me down.
We have the same compressors floating around the the big box 4x4 stores here in Australia, good unit, just find the hose gets really hot and degrades quickly over time, but apart from that hard to beat the price.
This compressor is made by the same manufacturer in China and sold by different companies and websites. They are just colored and labeled different to match the seller. I bought mine from ssw website.
Thanks for the tip.
What tires are u running?
Good video brother
I want to see it get a work truck tire to 60
great video... but the other big difference is... it's been discontinued :(
Yep, realize that now. I had recently picked those up and there were a few left around the country when I had. No one at the time knew that was the end of them. There are a lot more dual piston compressors popping up on the market now that are pretty decent and not a whole crazy lot more expensive. For a couple hundred bucks you can get one near identical that comes with the 4 way hose and pressure gauge that you can set to stop filling at whatever pressure you choose and to air down to whatever pressure you choose. I'm looking at picking up a second so we have one for each jeep. Still takes too long when you have two jeeps with 40's for one compressor. Have been spending like a fool lately on other parts for the jeeps, so that's been back burnered for a little bit. Ordered extreme d70's for the wrangler and then our gladiator got several new parts and a new fridge and freezer for a camping and wheeling trip we have in a few weeks. Appreciate the comment!
You can find it from a bunch of other companies now for a hair more money.
The one at Nappa is a cheao Shengang knock off.
Wrong 🤦♂️
no go - having to thread on hoses
I like the thread on. What don’t you like about them????
What brand and where?
There are several companies now offering them. Search dual piston air compressor. Any that looks built the same is being built by the same manufacturer in China and rebranded for several different companies. Just find the ones that look the same and pick up the best priced one you can find.
Well smittybilt is crap , so saying it beat a smittybilt over and over doesn't exactly impress.
No it doesn't but i had a mental hang up because they used the dual piston arb and a little single piston smittybilt in litebrights vdeo. I meant to say it is faster than the ARB dual piston compressor and that says it all IMO. I use this 3-4 times a month for two jeeps, both on 40's and it's been flawless for almost two years now.
