    How many months do the recognition process take

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  4 місяці тому

      The recognition process for nursing qualifications in Germany generally takes from three to six months. However, it can extend up to twelve months or more, depending on various factors like the specifics of your application, the workload of the recognition authority, and the region where you submit your application. Preparing your documents carefully and following up on your application can help expedite the process.

    hiii if you don't mind, can i ask you something?
    I've heard that there is also a chance to become a nurse through Ausbildung. What's the difference between Bachelor/Master degrees nurse and Ausbildung nurse??
    Do they get same treatment??

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  Місяць тому

      In Germany, you can become a nurse either by completing a vocational training program known as "Ausbildung" or by pursuing higher education degrees like a Bachelor's or Master's in nursing.
      Ausbildung Nurse: This is a dual system of vocational training combining practical on-the-job training with theoretical education in a vocational school. The Ausbildung program for nursing usually lasts 3 years and is more hands-on, focusing on practical skills needed for nursing.
      Bachelor/Master Degrees Nurse: These academic programs are offered at universities and take a more theoretical approach, including extensive study of medical and health sciences. A Bachelor's degree usually takes 3 to 4 years, while a Master's can take an additional 1 to 2 years. These programs often lead to more specialized knowledge and can open doors to advanced practice roles or management positions in healthcare.
      Treatment in the Workplace: Both types of qualifications can lead to employment as a nurse, but the scope of practice and potential career advancement may differ. Nurses with a Bachelor's or Master's degree may have more opportunities in research, academic settings, or in higher-level administrative roles. Meanwhile, Ausbildung-trained nurses are fully qualified for general nursing duties and are essential to the healthcare system.

      Immigrating to Germany as a nurse involves a specific process, including qualification recognition and language proficiency. For medical technologists, the process is similar, requiring qualification recognition and meeting language requirements. Both professions must get their credentials recognized by German authorities and demonstrate proficiency in German.

    How many years of experience you need? Do you need BSc Nursing ? GNM? Diploma or any of them?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  11 місяців тому

      Immigrating to Germany as a nurse requires a minimum of three years of professional nursing experience. If you hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing), this qualification is preferred. For General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or diploma holders, additional steps like completing an adaptation program are typically needed to align qualifications with German standards. Proficiency in the German language is also essential for all nursing qualifications. The exact requirements may vary, so consulting with German authorities or immigration advisors is advisable for personalized guidance.

Contact the German embassy or consulate for specific guidance.

    Am a nurse from Pakistan i am trying every possible way to apply but i am not getting any good response..

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  8 місяців тому

      To successfully immigrate to Germany as a nurse from Pakistan, it's essential to have your nursing qualifications recognized by German authorities, demonstrate proficiency in the German language (usually at least a B1 or B2 level), and secure a job offer from a healthcare facility in Germany. Once these conditions are met, you can apply for a work visa. The process may also involve additional training or an adaptation period to align with Germany's healthcare standards. It's important to persistently apply and possibly engage with professional recruitment services specializing in healthcare.

    I am Bsc degree in Psychiatric nurse 6 years work experience as Psychiatric / Mental Health nurse government health center in Ethiopia I want upgrade Msc in Psychiatric nurse (related filled ) in German or other Europe country if it is possible for international nurse ?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  5 місяців тому

      Yes, as an international nurse with a BSc degree in Psychiatric Nursing and work experience, you can pursue an MSc in Psychiatric Nursing or a related field in Germany or other European countries. Germany is one of the countries actively recruiting nurses from abroad due to its growing need for healthcare professionals, especially to care for its aging population. By 2025, it's estimated that Germany will need 150,000 new nurses.
      For those looking to further their education in Germany, there are options for nursing studies at the Master's level, including Nursing Studies/Nursing Care Management and related fields, though most programs are taught in German. International students wishing to study nursing in Germany must typically have a B2 level of German proficiency since the interaction with patients requires a good command of the German language.
      The Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena - University of Applied Sciences offers a Master's program in Nursing Studies/Nursing Care Management, targeting graduates with a Bachelor's, Magister, or Diplom degree in the area of Nursing. The program focuses on Clinical Assessment, Nursing Science/Nursing Research, Case Management, Care Research, and more. Admission requires a first degree in nursing, with at least a “good” overall grade and a letter of motivation.
      To work as a nurse in Germany, international nurses must go through an "Anerkennung" (recognition process) of their professional qualifications. For those wanting to start their nursing education in Germany, the primary pathway is through an apprenticeship ("Ausbildung") at a German hospital, which combines theoretical and practical training.
      It's also important to consider that nursing is not commonly offered as a bachelor's degree program in German universities. Instead, the apprenticeship model is prevalent. This model includes classroom instruction and working experience in a hospital, culminating in a state examination.
      While the focus here is on Germany, many other European countries also offer opportunities for international nurses to upgrade their qualifications. Each country has its own set of requirements and processes for recognizing international nursing qualifications and for admission into postgraduate nursing programs.

    Is there a difference between Defizitbescheid and anerkennung?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  6 місяців тому

      Yes, there is a difference between a "Defizitbescheid" and "Anerkennung" in the context of immigrating to Germany as a nurse.
      Anerkennung refers to the recognition or accreditation of your foreign nursing qualifications in Germany. It means your qualifications have been found equivalent to German nursing qualifications, allowing you to work as a nurse in Germany.
      Defizitbescheid is a notice of deficits issued if your nursing qualifications are not fully equivalent to German standards. It outlines specific areas or subjects where additional qualifications are required. You may need to undertake additional training or pass an exam to make up for these deficits before you can receive full recognition of your qualifications in Germany.
