I wish I had a family that supported my clients like Craigs family, I used to be a a registered behavioral technician.. and one of the most frustrating thing was t the kiddos… it was their parents and their lack of consistently showing up for their child needs. Hey guys! I was thinking about Craig and the food textures and I have a lot of issues with certain foods too…mainly thin spaghetti, stringy cheese, mashed potatoes, and yep coleslaw…it mainly is the feeling when being swallowed it kinda feels like ropes or string going down and it makes you gag…my grandma (memaw) would make chunkier coleslaw and I could eat it…as for spaghetti my husband buys shells or thick, short noodles like fettuccini cut in half…mashed potatoes I still won’t eat but it used to help to put peas of harder food in the mashed potatoes…I’m not autistic but I do have severe ADHD and I have a lot of texture issues and situation overload…maybe this could help introduce something new or old to Craig…thanks you for sharing!

Hi Nancy, just be careful of letting Craig lick off the spoon when cooking with raw chicken, I wouldn’t want him to get sick! Also, you only put one tablespoon of soy sauce instead of two.
