I definitely agree and that’s why I left my ex fiancé. Because he was flirting with other females behind my back and then I had to find out later he was acting strange and I told him at least I’m giving myself respect, and I know my worth at the end of the day. One part if he said like you look sharp or I love how you did your hair now that I wouldn’t trip but if you take it to the extreme now that’s when it becomes a problem especially knowing that he’s in a committed relationship .
I believe there's a realm In this love thing where your lady/man is all you see... It's like no other lady exists, just your woman. So I'd say partners should strive to strengthen their bound so as to attain that realm of love. Love conquers all!
You can admire all you want. You just do it in your head and not in front of me. Im not complementing any other woman together with my husband in public besides our mothers. If we're watching a movie or so I see nothing wrong with it . However its distastful to me for a man or woman to be thirsting over someones appearance while out in the public.

I agree with Steve. It's okay to complement and say stuff when you are with your friends but if we are in each other's life, we are supposed to be most attractive to each other. The more physical complement you give people in front of me, the more depreciated I can feel. For example, If I or my partner admire a lawyer who is good in his field, it is okay. But if I admire his height, his hair, his body when my partner doesn't necessarily score high on, then I am innocently depreciating my partner and that is ignorant of me and reduces my partner's self esteem. What I usually say is this, if it's not beneficial to both of us, then it's not worth mentioning.

When I am in a relationship, I usually don't see anybody else. My sight is blind to all other men except my man. That's how I have always been. I have never really being the jealous type. I have always been secure about that in my past relationships. Now, as for my man, you only get 1 quick 2 secs glance. Lool. Respect me. If I'm not madly in love with you and give you the respect of not looking at other men - then I don't want you. Same goes for you wanting me. I am so deeply in love with my partner. Even when he's not right there, standing next to me I still don't look at other men. I always look in the other direction or up, or down so I couldn't even look by accident. And I expect the same. I only have heart, brain, body and eyes for my partner and it's gonna stay that way.

It's all about respect. I look, but I don't stare, and I usually don't notice. Regardless, right around my 30's I stopped caring about looks. I started to see how much I enjoyed being with a woman, had less to do with her appearance than I thought. It had more to do with her behavior, the things that she would do for me, and the way she handled the rest of the world outside of us.
Regardless appearance is 20% genetic, and 80% effort. Anyone can improve their looks if they work at it. So it's really a matter of how important it is to you. In my experience, the people who see it as everything, are not very happy people. Everything needs balance.

Bottom line, all women want to feel like a princess. If a man truly loves his woman he will treat her like so. Like she’s the most gorgeous thing this universe has created. Of course, woman aren’t stupid and when they see a fine female they can see or sense if you’re paying attention. And of course, most wont mind you glancing or admiring. Like these woman say. But imagine making your woman feel even more special than the girl she feels is ten times sexier than her. Any woman can appreciate that. There is a an answer to this, men and women are commanded to lower their gaze. This doesn't mean look at the floor all day, but it means, when you see what attracts you, that first look is ok, but it is the constant look. Things begin with a look, then a thought, then enters the heart and the body acts upon it. It is a means to not only safeguard oneself, but also their mate, that is a horrible feeling when you are with someone and they are looking at another. So even though everyone is not the same, they have respect, won't hurt another's feelings in that manner, but The God doesn't say, OK Tom this law is for you but not Chris, etc. It is a general command. Just lower the gaze. see, The God is The All Knowing. He created us, but also gave us what we need to live the best life we can for this very short stay on earth, till we return to Him. He gave us answers for everything in our everyday lives. We just don't do it then wonder why the world is in the condition it's in. Adultery is romanticize. We are created weak but The God gives us guidance to overcome weaknesses. If we just trust in Him even more so then we do our friend, doctor, talk shows, etc. Everyone's advice is not for everyone. But The God's advice is for everyone. We just have to apply it. You know how many arguments and hurt feelings can be avoided if everyone followed that advice and command to just lower your gaze?

Everyone’s relationship with someone else is different. You need to figure out what you like and either find someone who thinks the same way as you or adapt to the way that person thinks about others if you really like them.
