اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لاَ تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلاَ نَوْمٌ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلاَّ بِمَا شَاءَ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاواتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَلاَ يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ
Allah! There is no god but He - the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor Sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there that can intercede in His presence except as he permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures As) Before or After or Behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His throne doth extend over the heavens and on earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them, For He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).🪻🦋🍇🤲🏻✨️
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
Verily Allah does not look to your faces and your wealth but He looks to your heart and to your deeds.

Alhamdulillah, what a wonderful disposition...Jazak Allah Khair...Please correct me if I am wrong, I think Sheikh mentioned 6 categories, not 5 - 1. Shirk in its various dangerous forms 2. Unjust Leadership/ Oppressors 3. Openly Sinning shamelessly & carelessly 4. Those who are "extreme" in the Religion in a wrong way 5. The one who does not believe in the Shiffah of Prophet Muhammed saw 6. Bi'dah/ innovation in Islam
May Allah Jalla Jallalahu protect us from falling into these categories (in hindsight I believe 3. and 4. above were amalgamated into one group) and Allah swt knows best

Jazakallah khairan Shaikh. That's the problem. In South east Asia, even the ustadh and ustadha will say, whats the harm of doing the bidaa? They are only doing good. They dont encourage people to sins. If other ustadh or ustadha said follow the sunnah and Quran, they will be labelled as Wahabi. May Allah
protect the ummah and follow the right path. Amin.

The extremists are like the khawarij.
The people who make bida'a are not among the Muslims. Like the shia'a, Ahmadi's and other sects with their innovations. Pray for them and pray Allah SWT doesn't Make us from among them.
What does he mean by extreme?
We have set rules from the Qur'an and the example the Prophet salAllahu alayhi wasalam left us. Going beyond that, thinking we're doing better is extreme. For example fasting every day. The Prophet salAllahu alayhi wasalam didn't do that, and he was the BEST of examples. Our body also has right upon us so fasting every day is ignoring those rights as well. I hope that makes sense, In-sha'Allah
Maybe someone else can explain it a little better.
@@FarhanaFaruq what about during tahajud if u r awake for a few hours like shukur reading Quran etc im asking as I'm afflicted so I use that time to pray more
@@sumk66 check the heart always and pray for a pure, humble heart....as long as your intentions are pure and what you do is out of love for ALLAH SWT, and you're not innovating or showing off or oppressing anyone or yourself...
I think this is what is meant by avoiding extremes.
Look at some of the Muslims who obsess about clothing, beard length, how to tie the Khimer, all kinds of things, but they commit Ria , oppress or backbite their neighbors and, they neglect the heart...
I think humility, Taqwa, ikhlas and Mercy are key.

@@sumk66 as long as you're sleeping as well. Sleep is a right of the body...not so much that we get lazy, but not so little that we're not productive during the day. Everything in balance like the Prophet salAllahu alayhi wasalam.
Yes intention is important too. But we still have set rules to follow. For example, you can't use interest money (riba) to go for hajj, even if your intention is good. There's nothing wrong with worrying about the length of your beard AND staying away from backbiting. Both are important. Islam is a way of life, all aspects, all balanced, all important.
