  • This is another color that I use constantly. I almost eat it. Today we will see how ‪@DANIELSMITHArtistColor‬ Quinacridone Sienna behaves in combination with some other colors from my minimal travel set. For the object, I chose a small nice street in Italy. 13 x 11 inches, Arches paper.
Feel free to ask me any questions!!

Love all your vids. Two great things about them. First is that you show your workspace and flow. This is very helpful and interesting to see how you approach the wetness and mixing. Second as many have said it is super enlightening to see how a "loose" wet style greatly enhances the result. I would be really interested to see your approach to larger works in future vids.

I have a great desire to start with them. I’m fascinated and very much inspired by your amazing work!

This was an outstanding tutorial. Thank you for sharing your process, one I like very much! The colors are intense without becoming too bold for the subject and the subject itself is a favorite... rustic aged locations. If I don’t have these colors but will get those I don’t. Think I have Quinacridone Siena already.
