The alarm story only makes sense if this entity is seen by you 1st. We know that it left a footprint, that one man survived and that those inside the bunker are never harmed. Kyle setup his own bunker that was impenetrable but had a peephole. So we know the entity has a physical form because of the footprint but can apparently phase through anything to reach those that catch a glimpse of it. Especially since kyles bunker was completely intact but he was gone. Remember, the door could only be locked from the inside and it was still locked. Love these stories

idk why but something about the specificity of dave and then the vagueness of the behemoth or the drowned makes me laugh why is he the only one with a name lol
