*Thank you for this. I went to this lounge a few months ago when it just opened and I loved it. It reminded me of the lounges in Doha airport :) Unfortunately I can only go once a year because of Priority Pass*
Not when we were there, but it must depend on the time of day. It is only accessible once per year for non Chase Sapphire members, so there is a limit. Never been to the Capitol One lounge.

It is also one of our favorite lounges we have visited so far.
