Shane goes over the reasons you should roll your kayak on both sides. As well as strategies on using both rolls to make it easier to get up and hit that combat roll.
I just bought a Liquidlogic Homeslice today from the store online! I live in Brunswick/Harper's Ferry by the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers at the border of MD, VA and WV. I am going to try to do my first roll when I get the kayak. I'm 36 but built like a 20 year old. Slim at 6 ft 165-170 lbs. I will go ahead and watch more of your tips videos but any one or 2 liner tip for when I first practice/learn rolling? Thanks man and love your videos and I think I will love your kayaks too!
Good point: continuing a failed roll. I hadn't thought of that before.
Love this! "You get the idea, right?"
Really smart tip! Thanks.
So helpful I needed this video

You roll just like I do. (or used to in my prime. But still have both sides). But I thought most pros used the back deck roll?
Certain rolls apply in different situations. facebook.com/liquidlogickayaks/videos/10156501664259803/
