Thanks doc for this good and rare info. But I have some concerns: 1. We know that the source of fats in the body is from the carbohydrates that we eat. Now, if we don't eat the carbohydrates so that we burn the fats in our body, we'll have less fats in the body then the body will not have choice but to burn the body protein to sustain us. That will lead to obvious underweight. I think this is a good lesson to someone who is obese. Or is there any alternative way of getting fats other than the CHO? 2. You've mentioned that in the morning we are required to take sips of water but not to eat anything coz the body prepares for the new day through dawn phenomenon. I would like to ask what about the people who do work like 'mjengo', the energy requirement is not the same as for one doing office jobs. So, are 'mjengo' people expected to fast for 15hrs so that the body rely on fats for energy?

What I know about ulcer is that is is caused by some pylori bacteria. So, you need a shift in diet to help get rid of it. But do it gradually because the pain can be bad. Concentrated Lemon can trigger it, but very low amount of lemon is okay
