fleabag, peaky blinders, fullmetal alchemist AND breaking bad, man this channel probably has some of the strongest show selections out of all reactors at the moment. just peak after peak, massive props to whoever is picking these

This show is as close to perfect as tv gets. There aren't many pieces of media which can make me laugh hysterically and bawl my eyes out in such quick succession
the revelation of what happened to Boo was soul-destroying and recontextualises so much of the show

I love dark humor. One of my favorite series of all time, both seasons are pure gold. Phoebe Waller-Bridge is amazing.
I need to see her be great in something other than this though. She’s outstanding in this but she wrote it so I hope she’s not a one trick pony

The show is so good. But so heartbreaking. And so "oh god, I can't even watch" sometimes. But so good.
The scene that got me thinking YESSS THIS SHOW IS IT was the first scene with her father.
Like, you KNOW she have something on her mind....She wanted somewhere to vent... she's not in good terms with her sister...she lost the only friend she had...And she went to her father...who said it was too late...so she decided to turn but the build up was too much...
She had a "meltdown"...she just blurted out everything on her mind, just for her father to ignore everything she said and reply with that shitty ass sentence.
The LOOK on her face after what her father said Made me cried....The sheer look of defeat.....
That scene is what made me watch the whole show without getting up
Show selection on point like always! Almost scares me how you manage to pick so many of my favorite series but I love it, this series is so extremely British in the best way lol
"You get that from you're mother" was a classic example of dry Scottish humor
Nobody does cringe comedy like the Brits. This show is a masterpiece.

Boy oh boy, this is one of those shows you think you know what to expect and you think you're prepared, and you're just not.
10/10 show. Season 2 episode 3 has one of my favourite little moments of any tv show ever I think.

OH MY GOD. One of the best pieces of TV ever made. There isn't much that gets it so exactly right but this show is FANTASTIC. Its hilarious, sad, cringeworthy and everything inbetween. This show punches you right in the face and then leaves forever.

Season 2 is a perfect season of television in my opinion.
It's interesting everyone says that - I love both seasons but it's the first that wrecks me. That little act of kindness at the end of season 1 gets me every time. But I will say, season 2 episode 1 is about as good a single episode of TV as I've seen.
I need more!!! This is one of my all time favorite shows. It’s an instant classic.

You guys need to react to the series, Killing Eve! Phoebe Waller-Bridge was the writer for season 1 and Executive Producer for all 4 seasons. Great show!
Yeah, even as on old af dude, this is one of the greatest series ever. It was already perfect when it was only supposed to be one series, then a few years later series 2 came out and it was perfecter; I mean so, so great. And you mentioned early on with her 4th wall breaks how it seemed 'performative' and that's spot on. This was originally a one-woman show that Phoebe performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and she got the offer to turn it into a TV series so she adapted it. I don't think it's available on UA-cam but they did a special pay-per-view showing during the Covid lockdown and I got to see it, and it was really great in that format, as well. Given the super short runtime of all the episodes, and the short number of episodes (God bless UK TV for that) you can binge this whole series in less time than it takes to watch one Marvel film. Can't wait to see the rest of the reactions to both series.
Clever writing. Serious at times, but mostly comedy. A shame it was only two seasons.
When I watched this series, I paired it up with 'Killing Eve.' Strange combination.

I remember watching the first episode and enjoying it but never continuing the show. I've been told by a bunch of people that it's right up my street so now I guess I'm gonna have to watch it to keep up with the reactions.

12:51 I took that scene with the drunk girl as an example of how miserable people tend to go around trying to “fix” other people instead of doing the work on themselves.
Might be a stretch comparing it to this scene but: Often the people who are the loudest about others are coming from a place of pain & insecurity.
They judge others so meticulously to the point subconsciously that finger gets pointed back on themselves & they know they’re not living up to the standard they hold others to.

Also note that this is a very fast paced show with quippy dialogue, so hopefully you guys don't miss anything when u guys react in the middle of the episode. (Mean this is the nicest way possible)
