So how about connecting mailerlite to PayPal through Zapier? Is there the automation for getting paid by my newsletter subscribers ?

Hello rarrahh, yes, Zapier can connect MailerLite with PayPal, however, some of the features of our native Stripe integration will be missing. Such as recurring payments.
