Loved the video of the town. My dad was born and raised in the area. Most of my family lives in Nashville AR. It's probably about 20 minutes from there. My dad had a house in Murfreesboro when he passed back in 2010. Anyway I just had to laugh bacause the town is so small. There are only like 1500 or so people that live there.

Glad I found your video. We're going to CoD in a couple weeks with our grand daughters. Sadly we will be digging in the dirt at least part of one day, but will be doing some sight seeing and camp activities for the other couple of days. Enjoyed the thoroughness of your video through the park amenities.
Oh my goodness! Could you have picked a hotter time of the year to go dig in the dirt? LOL! Please drink plenty of water, wear protective clothing/sunblock, and see if they will allow you to bring an umbrella or canopy to protect you from the sun. We just got back from Tyler State Park in East Texas this weekend and the weather was brutal! (Even in the shade!) I am so glad that you found this video to be helpful! You need your wife to come out and help you back onto those paver strips!! LOL….looks like a great park…how bad is the Pine Tar? That is one thing that drives me crazy…getting that stuff all over the trailer and truck…not too easy to get off…unless you have a trick…thanks again for the video~!!

You can reserve a particular site here in Oklahoma also. State parks and Corp of Engineer parks. We really like Seqyoyah State Park near Hulbert Oklahoma. Posting a video of this park soon.
