Since you deal 1 dmg on normal or even crit, at ANY mob you will get exp from all the ones your are hitting, not bug/glitch, it is supposed to be like that

You are dealing damage to the 250 mino so you get skill exp from the 275 aswell

You don't need to do damage to all mobs hit to gaim exp.
