You know what really really helps with cramps.... natural aloe vera juice! I usually soak the leave in salted water (not too much) for like 6 hours (change water if desired throughout the 6 hours). I would blend it up with pineapple (for taste) and sweeten with lots of white sugar. You should get a glass worth and i drink it occasionally for 2-3 days prior to my cycle.... I still feel discomfort as any cycle but little to noooo pain. Plus im cleaning out my insides so win win 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
