During meditation I actually once had the sensation of a literal physical third eye. I tend to put my focus there as I breathe and all of a sudden it felt like I had an eyeball there opening and blinking. Really cool experience

it’s crazy how you mention envisioning energy flowing up the spine into the pineal gland with inhalation and to look up at your pineal gland.
these are things i started doing innately during my meditations, they just felt right. amazing how all this stuff works man truly.
