In 2010, a section of Fields Avenue at the end was designated "Walking Street." It is the center of the red light district and the bar scene of the largest entertainment district in the Philippines.

Go to Quezon City. There are plenty of bars and nightlife. Maybe you can find a better deal. Most locals go there. It seems the prices are affordable.
