Heheh. I love using the Yoshi Army as my main team in this game. My team consists of every Yoshi (except Blue. He's the Alternate xP), and then Birdo...and then fill up the remaining slots with babies. Preferably including Baby DK. Baby DK and Birdo are the only big hitters the team needs. I might go with Mario too. It's all about the base hits~ The reason you guys are doing so badly in the first couple of games is because you're trying to swing for the fence...but that's not how a Yoshi team works. xD While it's possible to score homers and such, it's much easier to go for the singles with the occasional doubles.
Heh...I'm pretty sure the idea behind Bowser Jr. starting with two runs is to simulate that he scored those runs and emptied the bases before the player gets control of the game. At least, that's what it implied to me.

14:38 That editor's note...was really helpful because I know nothing about baseball. When the video is edited, you can tell that they failed a lot of times but they thought it'd bore us to death, but it's pretty amusing, because it shows that even in a game like Mario Super Sluggers victory won't come easy sometimes. Plus we all have done a rage quit at least once haven't we? And I love this editing!
