What hidden base was your favorite? At 5,000 likes, I’ll make more secret rooms! Oops - I said the wrong points for Lake kingdom but the math at the end should still add up. Sorry Manx! You won that round
If this video actually reaches the like goal and gets a sequel, it’d be so cool to hide the Cascade room under the t-rex so you’re required to move it out of the way, but i dunno how hard that’d be since i know nothing about altering games
The Ice Castle in the Snow Kingdom was my favorite. I wish we could have seen the others try to look for it and eventually find it. It probably would have been the hardest one. Hey Arrowstotle, you should make a video where you and other UA-camrs play Mario Oddysey hide and seek but the world is upside down.
It is so incredibly SmallAnt that he found the Cascade Kingdom room in an unintended way, then went and found it the intended way and was still first. Only way it could be more iconic is if he also gaslit everyone else in the process.
1. I personally adore all of the references you put into a lot of the secret rooms. 2. If you ever do this again in the future, would you consider not explaining where the secret room is at the start of a round? That way, we can also figure it out along with the rest of the hunters.
@@Arrowstotle You didn’t ask me but I wanted to chime in that the Odyssey balloon room was definitely my favorite! So sad you didn’t get to use it though. Arrowstotle big 🧠 (sometimes) 😊
this is really really cool but i think all of the fake walls make them a lot less interesting. The ice palace one was super cool, because it involved a mechanic, fit the theme, and didnt require the players to jump into a random solid object. Id love to see more of these, but minus all the fake walls
The hidden base in Metro Kingdom was my favorite because it was N64 Skyscraper from Mario Kart Wii. Also, you should hide bases in Mario's shoes next. Also also (spolier warning), Small Ant actually had 33 points and Manx Ninja Pig actually had 24 points (the mistake from Lake Kingdom). Didn't change the outcome but wanted to mention it.
Love that the Secret room in cascade kingdom was the whirl islands from pokemon soul silver. I've been doing a living dex of it for the past couple months so it was a nice coincidence!
What an inspired video idea!! This was super fun. It's a shame the cloud kingdom and snow kingdom didn't work but I'm glad you showed it for the viewers anyway. they were really cool ideas
2:22 Leave it to Smant to find you in a completely unexpected way 😂 Arrowstotle big brain (sometimes) :3 Naturally Smant kicked everyone's ass 😆I would say room design-wise I really like the moon kingdom room
Man, this was a blast! 🎉 I love how creative you guys get with the hidden rooms. Makes me wanna jump back into Odyssey and explore all over again! Also, hiding bases in Mario's shoes would be hilarious, just imagine the chaos 😂👟
A nice twist to SMO Multiplayer. Enjoyable video, but I didnt like how the hidden spot was revealed before I could figure out where it was with the others. I was truly just a spectator and not a participant in this charade.
This is such a cool and fresh idea! If you do it again I’d suggest harder hints, red herrings and smaller entrances. Like start them off without a hint, finding multiple places where small things were changed. Like the ruined stairs that became bonkable, things they’d probably notice. Then hint at the larger area, then the general area that could clue them in on the exact entrance but could be missable. Then the third hint like most of the first hints in this video. I think that’d make the race to find you less luckily finding a changed bit of the map (like in ruined) and way more competitive as you’re testing problem solving and rewarding sharpness of mind instead of who knows the kingdom the best and runs the fastest. But that’s an opinion. My dumbass opinion, thanks for reading!
I feel Smant playing Hide and Seek in Mario Odessey really helped him out in this Also so sad that Cloud and Snow kingdom didn't work! The bases looked amazing!
I love how most of the hiding spots are places from other mario games, like in cloud its an area from Galaxy, and in metro its a battle arena from mk7 (i think)
Oh, the Cascade kingdom hidden base is totally mystery dungeon friend area inspired, right? That’s so cool! I might be wrong but still reminds me of it a ton
